Personal biography

Many people come to therapy seeking a sense of safety and stability when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. If you are feeling stuck or stretched thin, I start by listening closely and meeting you exactly where you are today. My goal is to create a calm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where you can finally begin to make sense of what feels difficult. As we work together, you can expect to move toward greater clarity about your needs and a renewed confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges.

I am particularly interested in and have experience supporting individuals who are navigating ADHD and neurodivergence, collaborating closely with loved ones, and working alongside interdisciplinary teams in private practice, hospital, and community settings. Through this work, I have developed a strong foundation in empathy and careful listening. Here at Therapy Villa, I work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, identity questions, life transitions, anxiety, mood-related difficulties, and the lingering impact of stress or trauma. Whether you are looking for practical tools or deeper reflection, I make sure to bring warmth and curiosity to help you explore patterns, gain insight, and build confidence in.

To help you explore patterns and gain insight, I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic “tools” tailored to your unique situation. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural (DBT) therapies for practical coping, alongside Emotion-Focused (EFT) and Gottman Method techniques for relationship health. I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Trauma/Attachment-informed lenses to help you heal the deeper roots of distress and build lasting resilience through mindfulness.

As a Clinical Therapist at Therapy Villa, I provide therapy under the supervision of Ms. Niyati Gandhi, M.A., C.Psych. I am currently completing my Master of Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School in Clinical Psychology.

More Than Just My Work..

“Compassion is knowing our darkness enough so we can sit in the dark with others.” – Brene Brown

I find comfort in not taking life too seriously. My joy lives in nature, whether it’s potting a new plant, hiking to bodies of water, or watching a storm become a sunset.
