Many people feel stuck, unhappy or disconnected from their lives. It can feel like everything is hard and overwhelming and you may not be sure where to start.
I offer a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, meeting you where you are. I work from an LGBTQ-affirming, culturally responsive stance. Using an integrative model and drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Based and other therapies. I work with individuals and couples to gently explore patterns, build insight, and find tools that are supportive and doable for you.
Together, we can create a safe space where you feel seen, understood, and supported, so you can begin moving forward in a way that is aligned with who you are.
At Therapy Villa, I am a Clinical Therapist providing therapy under the supervision of Ms. Niyati Gandhi, M.A., C.Psych. I am currently completing my Master of Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School in Clinical Psychology. I have received an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, and have worked in multiple clinics across Toronto in administrative and intake roles.
I love watching (and rewatching) sitcoms, much to my family’s dismay. I also enjoy exploring new cafes and looking for a good cup of coffee!
