If you’re looking for a deeply caring therapist who believes that therapy is about creating space for you to come home to yourself, then you’re in the right place. You might be carrying a quiet heaviness: trauma, low self-worth, ADHD, the weight of generational wounds, and more. You may be seeking calm in your body, clarity in your mind, and safety in your story. In our work together, you’ll be met with empathy and cultural awareness, especially around how family, identity, and history shape your inner world.
Your safety is my priority, because from safety comes honesty, and from honesty, healing. You’ll be held in a compassionate, client-centred space where you’ll be supported, gently challenged, and always seen and heard. Our work will draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness. Everything we do will be tailored to your unique rhythm, grounded in collaboration rather than correction, and empowerment over perfection.
Currently, I am completing my Master of Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School. At Therapy Villa, I provide clinical therapy under the supervision of Ms. Niyati Gandhi, M.A., C. Psych. I also hold an Honours B.A.Sc. in Human Behaviour from McMaster University and an Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Care Work. For over five years, I have worked as a child and youth care practitioner across school boards, at SickKids Centre for Community Mental Health, and in various nonprofit mental health organizations. After completing my master’s, I plan to continue my work in mental health by pursuing a Doctorate in Psychology at Adler, with a focus on ADHD and women’s mental health.
In my spare time, I love to bake, play with my cats, read, and binge watch old romantic bollywood movies!
