You deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.<\/p><p>I chose this field because I understand how difficult it can be to navigate life&#8217;s challenges alone. My hope is to provide a space where you don&#8217;t have to carry everything on your own. I believe healing happens through connection, collaboration, and feeling genuinely understood. Therapy isn&#8217;t about having all the answers\u2014it&#8217;s about working together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.<\/p><p>Growing up in a multicultural family has shaped the way I approach therapy, reminding me that every person&#8217;s experiences, values, and identity are unique. I strive to create a culturally responsive, compassionate, and inclusive environment where you feel safe to be yourself.<\/p><p>My approach is client-centred, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies. Together, we can explore the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, develop practical coping skills, and build greater self-understanding. I have a particular interest in supporting adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, stress, and periods of change or uncertainty.<\/p><p>My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by experiences supporting individuals in different stages of their mental health journey. Working in both residential care and mental health settings has reinforced my belief that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported. These experiences continue to shape the way I approach therapy\u2014with compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person&#8217;s unique story. As a Master of Clinical Psychology practicum student, I provide therapy to adults at Therapy Villa under the supervision of Dr. Niyati Gandhi, with both in-person and virtual appointments available.<\/p><p>I look forward to meeting you and supporting you wherever you are in your journey.
