I am currently completing my Master of Clinical Psychology degree at Adler Graduate Professional School. Over the past two years, I have worked at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) assessing clients with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and borderline personality disorder. I have volunteered as a crisis responder with Kids Help Phone as well, providing support to individuals experiencing psychological distress. With a strong background in psychology research, I completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree, specializing in psychology research at the University of Toronto, and worked as a research assistant
